Quite new information, shared by Mr. Chirag Bhatt, the Author.
trade marks are like Samsung, intel, asus, windows can be but here there is no indication what would in it? if same logic applied here Roses in December has some qualitative information inteligible to one that way MC Chagla's book has some meaning inteligible to any - Roses is an attribution of flowers of quality, but the earlier mentioned Samsung etc had no intelligible meaning but when registered, under trade marks, what is wrong on the name of a book if soght for trade mark registration can be a question, that way i agree with the author.
if the title is no indication what is in it - how can it be a trade mark?
