therefore, judiciary stand here on sec 66 is obviously well considered thought as governance failed is obvious, information technology statutes all are some big 'hum buck' ideas. governance is failing see in Karnataka is alleged to have bribed the jail authorities some unbelievable sums of moneys, obviously uncouth politicians of her standing could do to get whatever they need , she ate not jail food but some very well cooked tasty food to her taste buds she got means jail is some farce is it not? what statutes we are talking of we don't understand. Lord Macaulay when he made statutes like Negotiable instruments Act, 'IPC' and the like he gave a great thought not like our uncouth illiterate MPs or MLAs may be they hold some god forsaken degrees yet they are worse than real illiterates mean illiterate poor are bestowed with great common sense, is obvious. you can't give any mark for these so called 'literates' inMPs or MLAs. so you can't trust any statutes, unless tested by facts happening when the facts are assessed by the court the hon court tests on the anvil of the constitution of india sir. still i appreciate your attempt to say your views - good you write similarly it is indeed some food for thought for all.

So No legislation is fool proof, as law makers themselves are not logical in making statutes, just for a fall of any hat they come out with some legislation does it work - see rape law is made stringent yet rapes are galore why, people don't accept that statute is obvious fact; would you agree 'rapists' ought to be castrated? would you agree surrogate mothers need to produce a baby of a kind the surrogact=y seekers seek of? see in AP some surrogacy seeker when that family came to know by scan that the baby is a female, the couple disappeared from the scene, making it surrogate mother has to bear the baby and maintain, do you think surrogacy statute as it is 'some great idea'? obviously every statute is half backed idea.

BJP fellows planned GST Act do you mean to say it is a great act of the 21st century - it taxes heavily any one including poor consumer by way of indirect taxes but allows imports cheaper, do you say kt is great think of BJP, no taxation can be harsh, tax shd be very easily payable, just out of volition but today taxation eats abt 60 to 70 % of any consumption that way your savings just get eroded, do u say definition given be Income Tax Act some great idea obviously not. Today taxation is some instrument misused by the politicians in power, like that some vested interests planned sec 66 in the information technology Act, they want they shd not be criticized, if done , they would pounce on you, as if you did a great crime; crime is after all a creation by governance only else there is no crime at all, after all all human beings practically and genuinely kind that way Nehru Chou eanLai panchasheel - peaceful coexistence surfaced - if you take any view not palatable to you, you call it as offense, what is the 'rationale' ratio please.

Today BJP govt wants to demonetize rs 2000 currency, and may bring another demonetization, can we assume BJP idea of demonetization as some divine idea; obviously NO but some political drama, it wants to destroy opposition - can you assume only BJP is a party with No corruption agenda - it manipulated in Goa and Manipur governments you may know, it shows it has its own agenda whatever it says, thought some rot, would you say you have to accept, if so , it is abject slavery, from slavery we wanted to get out that way Art 19 was founded in our constitution in tune with Art 21, so courts do not need to look at statutes but have to see whether they stand test on the anvil of the constitution.

i appreciate the effort of the author. sir, no language is ever perfect or no language can correctly interpret anything sensibly. the word 'offense' is defined by some statute, can we assume the definition is right? see now President Mr Kovind is appointed by BJP practically by buying some oppositions, can we assume his selection is right? obviously Not. Just because PM and President if from same party obviously some collusion is possible, the institution fails. similarly opinions may differ from persons to persons, that cannot be called 'offense' but difference of opinion only; when so governance can never gag free opinions that way internet today works thru social media. so obviously sec 66 of the IT Act is obvious restriction imposed by govt, you can't take govt opinion is some divine words!
