British parliament never behaved above its own self imposed limitation. so UK parliament may continue but indian has started tottering - Indian parliament never respects institutions simply using constituent powers unlimitedly that is not controlling them at all is obvious, judiciary need to be independent of parliament and all governments,

Indian parliamentary system never really what the UK parliament respects its own limitation - indian parliament or the state's legislature behave as they can - arbitrarily, so we as Thomas Paine opined need to follow the written constitution without any constitutional amendments else India might face some Egypt or Libyan kind of upheavals is obvious.

No point wasting time on indian new statutes better spend time on constitution based Articles that has some great meanings, it made one error to allow this parliament and states the power to make statutes , as they thought law makers as representatives will be some sensible guys , certainly these guys worthless politicians highly greedy with self interest. None today can be trusted. thank god we have some judiciary in place the founders created.

Indian statues most of them after 1950 are worthless obviously , so we have to depend on old British Acts only ; none of the statutes people friendly, but some sections of people, so how can we call an Act as a statute, by Statute we mean it shd have common applications , but most present statutes created by 'present day law makers' obviously worthless, for they don't understand what is a statute unlike Ashoka, or Gupta periods or Pandian , Pallava chera chola vijanagar empire periods, even Akbar gave sensible statutes.

see how he harmed his community =-'problem with us is we think we can negotiate our judicial independence - that way Mr Karnan being some high ct judge did affect the hon Apex court, senior judges dn't have time like Mr Karnan went on wasting, on his b=petty issue; then he had the temerity to question Apex judiciary constitution bench - tolerating such men like Mr Karnan is a great blemish to judiciary as such - first he needs to prove he is not corrupt - by being creamy layer 'dalit himself', being a dalit means he ought to be 'desireless man' did he prove he is desireless - obviously proved he is no dalit at all, that is his first serious corruption, when he is corrupt himself how he can call other judges corrupt, so he never proves himself he is not a man of truth' besides he was careless in his accusations just for getting some publicity - the publicity he got obviously turned int negative publicity tunts of 'dalit SC/STmen wholesale about their integrity all over india of such sweep is illogical but yet blemish he has caused to his own community of people that is what Mr Karnan achieved, sad indeed as a judge of a constitutional court, do you think would would dalits - SC/STs pardon him ?

see Mr Karnan did pass malicious orders on the Apex court judges more so on the very constitutional bench of 7 member bench - obviously he might face apart from criminal charges other than contempt charges, he might face dereleiction of duty under Art 51A of part IV A of the constitution of india besides he might face exemplary fines and sentence for ducking the police to execute the arrest warrants to jail him for 6 months in the contempt cases, besides he faces for disobedience of Apex ct 7 member bench's order besides made the order fail to arrest as he absconded by going underground, besides he simply made fun of the Apex court by his misleading judgements and causing irreparable damages to the very hon Apex court and judges personally he would face exemplary liquidated damages too and he made a laughing stock in judicial system -...
