a strict policy on Sexual harassment (ZERO tolerance of any sexual activity against female) should be draft and it should be signed by already employed and would be employee of the company. An ICC should be form and continous training, at least every month, should be organised in the premises of employer. it will definitely decrease such ridiculous activities against female employees.

I did not understand how there are no checks and balances in the company or in the so called HRD persons. In these datings world, some women may not like sexual harassment, why even among dating gr=irls and women as they think they are right to protect their interests. I do not see much in great 7 ideas here to counter sexual harassments.

sexual harassment shows how careless is the company HRD is ? reputation of company is the first casuality indeed. when recruiting, the company need to take an undertaking from male employees, if any reports of sexual harassment is caused by him or if he was an accomplice to such activities he could be just dismissed from service, if so, sexual harrassments would drop to zero.
