Modi can't do anything sensible; but he would pan out like Amit shah to get all MPs and MLAs bank accounts but sure he will tell these worthies as to how to escape so these worthies need not worry to reveal to him their bank details and accounts; if you purchased 100 acres of land he will tell you how to correct it to one acre! don't worry. No worry be merry MPs MLAs of BJP.

Civil Suit under S.138 N.I.Act is not correct.The correct nature of the case is Criminal Complaint.No penalty in civil Suit.
