For me, the university deducted 13000 from my gratuity without giving me any explanation. When I filed an RTI, I was told that the amount was deducted for my unsettled medical bill (that is settled in my opinion) and the university has not returned the adjustment papers back to me (it is still lying with the university). Do I have any recourse?
