Wahi toh, Sachin dhoni god of cricket, azaruddin chor and srisanth match fixers? All are chors, bank gave 6000 crore loan to mallya and mallya ran off? and bankers are what? They are also chors like mallya. Both are equal partners in crime.

i have not taken a brief for Mallaya but if we are easy with bankers which aspect alone helped Mallayyas to swindle; obviously bankers also had their share enough financially; if not on what basis they lent him so many crores in thousands; not only him so many corporate houses many have NPAs very beautifully; why we should spare bankers, if we spare bankers, obviously governments in place are equally held liable under criminal laws; we need to arrest those public servants; lifting the veil the politicians involved; if so there may be some logic; after all 'dog is an animal ; man is also an animal; if so why we do not agree Man = Dog?

My suggestion is always question anything new is brought about politicians by way of statutes or some sections; that i think should be the vital duty of any advocate; not simply just accept without question any statute is indeed greatest injustice we as legal community do; while courts are there to help you by judicial review, if you do not move how judiciary itself can help the petitioners; see vijay mallayya case how ED is competent to forfeit his properties, while what he committed is just civil wrongs in collusion with very bankers; when bankers colluded; how he alone could be booked under so called Black money or money laundering Acts while Income tax originally used to take tax on unaccounted moneys; but just over night your govt says it is a crime, how need to be examined by judiciary; not be ED alone, that is no police authority like in the state as police authority falls under state list, primarily, not under concurrent list too. If we try in federal structure anything what union govt does is right then there is no federation principle; unitary only in case of declared emergencies, but what we do, do we really understand and appreciate, meaningfully logically, though always law is not based on sheer logic?

Law is one one needs to have complete faith; how can you have complete faith when every time some so called amendments and modifications are there; do you hearts of hearts agree every law you need to change at the drop of the hat, so one rule of law shall be constitution that way Americans did not change any constitutional tenets, just only some 26 amendments are in in its 300 years history of independence; see india in about 70 years how many amendments? do you think there is some rule of law? people are seething under pressure of prices on and off, currency today and in 1950 when you look do you find any parity at all? Do indians are dispensed with justiciable statutes?. you be the better judge.

Writer gave facts on farming community time immemorial, and today the hard working community is manipulated by trading community. that way falsehood is ruling on people by so called statutes, i used to say question every statute on the anvil of your constitution, i did in Writs under art 226 r/w art 14 by powerful instrument called 'judicial review'; that is needed to be used, if we are prudent, else we are taken for granted by so called statutes...

What is law after all? It is not handed down by Super God. But a society thought it might give some and order. Then people were faithful to the society and respected each other, But today?
