If you could bring evidence that the property was bought by bank itself for peanuts then u have acase and the sale would be annuled unconditionally.

You may report your case to Ministry of Finance Govt of India with copy to RBI. They may consider amendments if more and more citizens quote their predicaments

I have full sympathy with you. At the same time, I suggest you to go through the history of framing of SARFEASI Act. In the given facts, you should have approached Hon'ble High Court for securing your rights.
