There is presumption of innocence in law.But thats look good in books.Due to judicial delays even innocent people are getting tried that is the fault of the system not the laws..Justice delayed is justice denied

What if a person has been declared Criminal based on false charges ? Our jails are filled under-trials (with false charges) and mostly innocents (with false criminals) and real culprits are at large.
