just read your article. it is very useful. I had a query. I heard that if amount of bail is less than 15000/- then no need to submit rc or fd. Only surity of aperson is necessary. ? Am I right ?

Thanks for your article Ms.Bhanu ji which is very informative for ex.most of us were never aware of Self Bail. Segregation of under trials & Bail Bond amount to nominal for poor/petty charges.
