@shaliny ... dont know about distance learning but some institution offered evening classes for LLB including University of Delhi. Only a science graduate can appear for patent agent examination and may enrolled after qualification as a patent agent. Generally person having adequate understanding of the subject matter of the invention may draft the patent specification and particularly its claim part.
