Nice expression but unfortunately in India most of the laws made for the underprivileged are used by cunning people particularly women to harass men to fulfill their needs and some time it's even blackmailing and sometimes innocent men are punished. Misutilisation of laws is a big problem in India.

This is an off shoot of Vishaka Case way back in the mid nineties if I correctly remember .I stand corrected if I have quoted the wrong judgement The organisation including all departmental managers should first be sensitized.All employees both male and female should be told as to why the SC came out strongly against these criminal acts and the union office bearers should be told about their duties and responsibilities while interacting with the opposite sex .Such path breaking judgements should not be used to lodge false and frivolous complaints to settle personal scores .I just fail to understand as to it is taking so much time to evolve when all we need to do is follow the guidelines issued by the apex court .It is high time the concerned govt departments start collecting data from industries and other govt offices and analyse with data as to in which direction we are moving and we can then frame effective guidelines to all stake holders .
