One way to contain/curtail/eradicate corrupt practices: White collar crimes: Handy Aadhar cards

The government is taking very nice and prompt steps by issuing Aadhar Cards to one all; this may not authenticate the Indian citizenship, but invariably it should be useful for the individual and also to the government authorities like the CBI/DRI/ITax/IB/RAW/Customs and the lot.

I would like to suggest some points for consideration to plug out at least some corrupt practices, white collar crimes, which we have in these two months time- November-December,2016 have seen, have projected that almost to the tune of 80% of backdoor methods have been adopted by the Banks, Posts to entertain tycoons and the lot in exchange of old currency to that of new currency, transgressing into illegal means to convert in to overnight gold, jewellery purchases, land and other type of deposits:

Of course, the GOI Police, IT, DRI, ED and its efficacies worked out the source information and could succeed in bringing the culprits to Books with seizure of thousands/lakhs of Crores of rupees cash, etc. which ultimately proved otherwise that we are so adopted to such malpractices that we bow down to any extent for money’s sake or to my context for 3 Ws- wealth, wine and women even foregoing their top level official positions in the governmental Agencies.

Some more points may be looked into like:

a. I am holding a respectful job with sizable money, but as out of the way income through deceitful means and always talk of honest means, and get without any harassment and the like; this we call MAMOOLS, varying from dept to dept, position to position;

b. I go to M. city and buy some gold ornaments on various names, then deposit/pledge/keep in lockers in different banks, chit funds, Shares, invest in other means high yield 10-20 % of interest accounts with NGOs, Welfare Foundations, Societies, Companies, etc. on different names - to a tune of say 5 lakhs every 3-6 months time;

Have you got any idea how to locate me; the handy on is AADHAR/ PAN card is on different names and addresses; now the Aadhar Card having my finger prints, photo, eyes, address, can be made useful to locate the mischief what I am doing in the name and style of honesty;

c. Let the Aadhar card number be made compulsory in all fields of transactions, like the PAN in banks, or by IT for assessments;

d. Mention of Aadhar Card No. shall have to be made compulsory in all the transactions including land dealings, registrations, purchases of any type of materials, articles;

e. And the dealer/shop owner shall be made a mandatory to make a mention on all such receipts to authenticate their dealings by issue of receipts, etc...

f. All the banks, Post Offices, chit fund companies, NGOs, Institutions, Foundations, Religious functionaries’, etc. where money/gold/land dealings and other documents are dealt shall be made to submit monthly statement of accounts to the income tax; commercial/custom/etc.

g. THE CBI/IB/DRI/RAW/IB/LOCAL POLICE/CPOS HAVING INVESTIGATION AUTHORITY SHALL MAKE USE OF THIS AADHAR CARD/PAN NUMBER to find out the hidden things and the men;

h. Let the cell phone issue dealers also make a mention of this Aadhar card number in the forms and for verification.

i. It may not be prerogative to disclose what kind of materials, documents, matters are being kept in the Lockers of individuals, BUT, let there be some Orders to designated authorities to make search and check these LOCKERS of persons holding such passions – whom one cannot easily spot as corrupt, but always poses to be the honest of all, the present cases BOOKED, express these tactful fielders.
