Procedure

The candidate has to submit the duly filled application form, along with an oath form, which is available with the Notaries. Two passport-sized photographs are required to be affixed along with the application form.

Fee

The fee for the ration card is fixed by the State Government at Rs.5, which needs to be deposited at the time of submitting the application form.
