seeking divorce

can divorce be granted on adultery grounds based on the audio clips of a lady exchanging kisses and discussing under garments and having adult talks with more than one man

Dear querist,

You need to have proof that she had intercourse. Evidence you had could help you in proving that she has illicit relationship but not sufficient to prove that she had intercourse.

This can be ground for mental cruelty for indulging in indecent communications with person other than her own husband not ground for adultery. Evidence indulging in physical relationship with person other than her own husband required for getting divorce on the ground of adultery.
